HOW WE HELP

A clear path from the visible problem to the real constraint.

Growth-minded CEOs and owners of $5M–$200M industrial and commercial businesses often know something is limiting growth before they know where the constraint sits. We begin by identifying the likely constraint, then move into deeper diagnosis, prioritization and implementation when the work is warranted.

HOW THE ENGAGEMENT BEGINS

It begins with the constraint, not the solution.

Most companies naturally respond to the problem they can see: a sales shortfall, missed deadline, margin squeeze or overloaded owner. We begin by determining which Growth OS™ system is most likely limiting performance.

The first two steps are complimentary and designed to determine whether deeper work would be useful. They do not commit either party to a longer engagement.

THE ENGAGEMENT PATH

Five steps, each with a distinct job.

01

START HERE

Growth Readiness Assessment™

An online self-assessment that provides an initial view across the six Growth OS™ systems. You receive an overall Growth Readiness score, your strongest system, your likely primary constraint and a concise explanation of its possible business impact.

Format: Online and complimentary.

02

Growth Constraint Review

A 30-minute conversation to review your results, understand your objectives and test the likely constraint against current business conditions. Together, we determine whether a deeper diagnostic is warranted and agree on the appropriate next step.

Format: Complimentary conversation.

03

Growth Acceleration Diagnostic

A deeper examination designed to confirm the primary constraint and understand how it affects the rest of the business. The scope may include leadership interviews, relevant operating and performance data, owner dependence, decision authority, accountability and the six Growth OS™ systems.

Typical timing: Two to four weeks. Custom-scoped.

04

Growth Acceleration Roadmap

The diagnostic concludes with a focused roadmap. It identifies the confirmed constraint, sets the sequence of priorities, assigns ownership, establishes measures of progress and defines the initial 90-day actions.

Format: Included as the conclusion of the diagnostic.

05

Implementation & Acceleration

Hands-on support to address the constraint and install the operating rhythms, capabilities and accountability required for the next stage of growth. The work may involve leadership, revenue, talent, execution or scalable systems based on the roadmap.

Timing: Begins with a 90-day implementation plan. Broader work may continue for six to twelve months. Custom-scoped.

Steps 3 and 5 are scoped to the company’s needs, complexity and leadership capacity. Timing may vary based on access to information and the nature of the constraint.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Built for companies whose next stage requires a stronger operating model.

This approach is designed for growth-minded CEOs and owners of $5M–$200M industrial and commercial businesses that are:

Struggling to scale

Too dependent on the owner or a few key people

Experiencing margin or execution pressure

Integrating an acquisition or expanding operations

Preparing for recapitalization, succession or exit

Unsure which operating system is limiting the business plan

WHAT TO EXPECT

What to expect from the process.

A clear starting point

The assessment and review create initial clarity without committing you to additional work.

Diagnosis before prescription

Recommendations follow from the confirmed constraint, not from a standard program.

A focused plan

The roadmap establishes priorities, ownership, measures and the initial 90-day actions.

Scope that fits the business

Deeper work reflects the company’s situation, complexity and leadership capacity.

Fit before commitment

Not every situation requires a deeper engagement. The early steps help both parties determine the right path.

Start with the constraint.
