Boost Performance Privacy Policy
Effective October 26, 2026. Boost Performance LLC ("Boost Performance," "we," "us") collects only the personal information described below, and only when you choose to give it to us. This policy applies to boostperformance.biz and to the Sales Hiring Readiness Assessment on that site.
Who we are
Boost Performance LLC is a sales-consulting firm based in Houston, Texas. For privacy questions or requests, contact us at info@boostperformance.biz.
What we collect
You can take the assessment and see your results without giving us any personal details. We collect information only if you choose "Email me my results" or contact us.
- • Details you enter: first name, work email address and company name (optional).
• Assessment results: your total score, readiness band, the score for each of the six stages (Define, Attract, Assess, Interview, Select, Ramp) and the version of the assessment you took.
• Booking details: if you book a Sales Hiring Diagnostic Call, the information you give the scheduling service, such as your name, email and any notes.
• Basic technical data: standard website logs and cookies that our website platform uses to deliver the site, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.
Your individual answers to the 12 questions stay in your browser. We do not receive them. We receive only the scores listed above.
How we use it
We use the information you give us, with your consent, to:
- • email you your score and stage breakdown;
• contact you about your results and your sales hiring process, including to offer a diagnostic call;
• keep a record of your assessment in our customer-relationship system so our follow-up is accurate; and
• understand, in aggregate, how the assessment is used so we can improve it.
When you check the consent box and submit the form, you agree to these uses. You can withdraw that consent at any time (see Your choices). We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions that significantly affect you.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the site and contact you, and only to the extent they need it:
- • HubSpot stores your contact record and assessment scores. Resend, our email delivery provider, sends your results email and our replies to you.
• Wix hosts boostperformance.biz.
• Calendly handles diagnostic call bookings if you choose to book one.
These providers may process your information in the United States and are bound by their own privacy terms. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our legal rights. If Boost Performance is sold or merged, your information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.
Your choices and rights
- • Unsubscribe: every marketing email we send has an unsubscribe link. You can also email us to opt out.
• Access, correction and deletion: email info@boostperformance.biz to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. We will respond within 30 days.
• Withdraw consent: you can withdraw consent to follow-up at any time. Doing so does not affect anything done before.
• State privacy rights: depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, such as to know what we collect, to delete it, or to opt out of sales or targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your contact record and scores for as long as we have a business relationship with you or until you ask us to delete them. We review contacts who have never engaged with us at least once every two years.
Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards, but no online service is completely secure.
Cookies
The site platform may use cookies and similar technologies for basic operation and analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Children
The assessment is for business professionals. It is not directed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
